Here are some suggestions of how you can make a difference and inspire others.

Speaker Series - Get a group of friends together and invite us to join you. We have speakers who can talk about their experiences in Rwanda or other parts of Africa and what happens to the money donated to Inspire!Africa. Speakers will have pictures and lots of stories to share and will be happy to accept your donations.

Gift Cards - Are you looking for a meaningful gift for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas or other occasions.  INSPIRE!africa has beautifully designed gift cards available for any dollar amount.

Volunteer - INSPIRE!africa is looking for people interested in the following work experience with the Rwanda Girls School:

Principal/Head Mistress - We are looking for someone who is interested in a 2-5 year placement in Rwanda. This position will provide the opportunity to shape the direction of the girls school. A very modest salary will be available along with accomodation suitable for a family.

Construction Trades - We are looking for volunteer electricians, carpenters, glaziers, roofers, tilers and plumbers to work along with local trades people and labourers during construction of the school. Accomodation will be available.

Teachers - Volunteer teachers are needed in the area of English, science, math, computors. Accomodation will be available.

Dentists, Opticians and Doctors - Once the school is open, the school will welcome volunteer dentists, opticians and doctors for a short duration to provide the girls with a thorough health check-up.

Psychotherapists - Vounteer psychotherapists are also required to support projects in Kigali which work with widows and orphans of the genocide. Volunteers interested in such opportunities are invited to contact Deborah Davies in Kigali at equestrianeducation@juno.com.

Donations - Our registered charity application has been submitted and charitable status is pending from Revenue Canada. We can however accept your donation, put it to work right away and send you a tax deductible receipt later. Tax receipts will be issued for donations over $20.

On-line donations will be available in the near future.
